Honeycombe House 4 star Bed and Breakfast, is a family run Victorian house situated a few minutes walk from the centre of the 14th Century picturesque working fishing village of Mevagissey.
It is situated at the top of Polkirt Hill enjoying the most stunning views over both the inner and outer harbours of the village and miles of Cornish coastline. You can sit and relax around the harbour and watch the fishermen at work on the quay, and both fishing trips and small pleasure boats are available in order for you to explore the bay during spring and summer months.
Ideally situated to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a couple of minutes away by car, or the Eden Project which is only 8 miles away, and the new National Maritime Museum at Falmouth is only about 20 miles away.
Mevagissey is an ideal base from which to explore the numerous delights of Cornwall.
You may even prefer to find a nearby beach or stroll along the South West Coast Path which passes the house. A section of the National Cycle Network runs in front of Honeycombe House, and we have secure storage for bikes.
There is full central heating, a comfortable guest lounge, and breakfast is served in the dining room – which must have one of the best views in Cornwall, overlooking both the inner and outer harbours, miles of coastline and St. Austell bay.
There are 5 rooms, which are: 3 doubles with en-suite, 1 twin with en-suite, and 1 single room with private bathroom. Two of our two double en-suite rooms have a large balcony enjoying the same stunning views as the dining room.
